"It was a wonderful stay! The Cottage has such nice touches and finishes. They think of everything you could need. I ordered a flower arrangement, fire side s'more's, fresh fruits and pastries. All of it was phenomenal. The owner is very kind and accessible. The outside hot tub was so relaxing and the fire pit was so enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a peaceful getaway."

"We were in Tyler for a music festival and chose this cute little place to stay a few days. From the moment you walk in, it's charm welcomes you in. For a 2B 1Ba, this place was super roomy. We didn't cook while we were there, but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom had everything you could possibly need, from shampoos and soaps, to qtips. What struck us the most was the cleanliness of this home. Every area of this home was absolutely spotless. I would definitely stay here...

"Very pretty lot. Roads around area very poor and area is rundown. The three beds were smaller than we anticipated, and the upstairs loft needed more privacy, such as a petition and curtains on the windows. The sound and lighting made it difficult to sleep. The toilets were not very clean and dusty in some areas. Still a nice cabin and enjoyed our time there. We had six people and only four coffee mugs were there. We would definitely go back, but would love to see more privacy upstairs, and these...

"Overall, we had a very good stay. We were just looking for a few days away for my kids fall break - fishing and kayaking. I’m glad we took our kayaks, the inlet where this property is located was very shallow, but smooth for kayaking. Not good for fishing, since the water was low. As mentioned in other reviews - the beds (master bed in particular) were very hard, and worn out (you roll towards the middle). I’m concerned that the new flooring was laid without a subfloor - I think someone will...

"This house was adorable and extremely accommodating. I loved everything about it. I didn't get a good feel for the neighborhood, so be sure to do some research. That being said... I was traveling alone and did ALL of my coming and going at night. The house also had a security system with a panic button for guests to use if they needed it. The BEST thing about this property was the owner. She was responsive even very late at night. She came over to the property in the dark to check on something...

"Very clean and nice place. Jen obviously loves animals! Wish we had more time to visit with her family of pets, I admire how she gives all her animals a chance to be loved and it obviously shows when you are there, each one has there own story. Who's heart wouldn't be touched by their stories, mine was.Easy to find country setting with a view of the pond comfortable bed its just a nice place to go and relax we will definitlybe back!"
