I loved the fact that the kitchen had pretty much everything that we needed (of course we brought our own food). The neighborhood was really quiet. "We were visiting friends in Baytown and needed a place to stay. This cottage was perfect, great layout, 2 bathrooms and everything you could need. We left every day after breakfast and came home in the evening/night. The beach is not far away which is really great. You get into the house via a keypad, so you can't lose a key or have a problem with not having enough keys if everyone doesn't want to do the same thing. If I come back to Baytown this will be my first inquiry as to whether it is...

"The house is well arranged for couples and for a family. It worked well as a place to gather. The inside was quite clean and the manager communicated promptly and positively. The street is quintessential Montrose. The porch and front and back yards could use better maintenance but that did not affect the inside."

"Communication with Sandra was excellent, the place is in great conditions and the availability of coffee was a great thing! "

"House is perfect location for bars, restaurants, shopping and walking trails. The house was cute and clean. Jessica was very accommodating. If I had one thing I would recommend, it would be to have a bottle of water or two in the fridge. Other than that, would stay here again!"
