There's a spectacular view of Lake Palestine throughout the main home. The oversized covered porch provides the perfect seating to view the lake and relax. Make some smores at the fire pit, Enjoy the pier and boat dock. The boat ramp on the same street as the cottage. You may use the neighborhood pool. This waterfront cottage and bungalow can sleep up to 6 guests in beds on Lake Palestine. Enjoy fishing on the pier or bring your boat and adventure out to all Lake Palestine has to offer. BYOB - Bring your own boat. There's a boat slip with a lift located on the pier. You can also fish off the private pier.

The main house has a loft room (stairs to loft are steep) with queen size bed, 32" flat screen Smart TV and a 1/2 bath (curtain).

The main floor is open concept and has a daybed with trundle that will sleep 2 and 32" flat screen smart tv with DVR.

Kitchen with corian counter tops, large sink, and stainless steel appliances.

There is a detached room with a king size bed and washer/dryer (no bathroom).

Spend your nights gathered around the fire pit overlooking the panoramic views of the lake, cook some smores at the fire pit or steaks on the propane grill and your mornings on the porch and taking in the beautiful East Texas sunrise.

The main house is 452 square feet and the bungalow is 200 square feet. Super adorable inside. I love this house, and I think you will love it too. This property is very quiet and peaceful. There's nothing like having the lake in your back yard. Come enjoy all this property has to offer.
