"This lovely home was just perfect. Cosy and inviting right by the beach and grateful we could enjoy this with our dog. The views from the master just so relaxing and blissful to listen to the waves at night, and watch the sun rise. Birdlife galore, sweet garden and everything you could need, or a cafe just a five min bike ride away. Not flashy, but luxury in all the good ways! Thank you!"

"This is an exceptionally special spot. The house was clean, contemporary, warm and comfortable with everything we needed… and the views were amazing! The walks around the property were a surprise and extra magical - it’s well worth the steep climb to the lookout! Exploring Farewell Spit and Wharariki area was a breeze from here. "Lovely place with a huge carpeted garage which was a bonus extra space. Bunk beds are proper slat full/king singles and were reportedly VERY comfortable. Great linen throughout and well appointed kitchen Tata Beach was lovely too Deep sandy swimming"

"Fantastic place to escape from the rat race, relax and reconnect with the things in life that really matter. The hosts where as good as it gets; we were even taken for a night excursion to see glow worms, kuras, cave wetas, native fish and slugs!!! The nearby wetlands park contains ample of info about the areas past and is well worth a visit."

Barrier provided across top stairs to prevent toddler falling down stair not working. Dishes and pots all needed re washing. Cobwebs inside on most windows. Despite this, we had an absolutely fabulous holiday."
