The room was clean. Staff was very helpful. Has elevator access. The water was nice and hot. Beds are comfortable. I do not believe there is breakfast offered but there are restaurants and cafes nearby. The air conditioning works well. Nice budget room. Would indeed stay again. Only tip I can leave, do NOT go to the McDonald’s across from Roma Termini at night.

After an abysmal experience at another rental site, we decided to go this listing in Expedia. The staff were amazing with suggestions on where to go and what to do and were very accommodating to anything we requested to include a late checkout. They also have a place to store bags if need be. The rooms were nice. Nothing overly amazing, but great for our needs in Rome for the short time we were there and it was right near the train station which in Rome, is a must! I highly suggest staying at this property!

Great location and the staff was very helpful for not only things at the property but also things in the area. Room and bathroom were pretty small but workable given we were out most of the days but it would have been better to have more plugs as we had to swap the kettle and coffee maker ... the USB ports might need replacing as they were a bit loose so sometimes stopped charging

Lovely stay. Great location to train. We walked to most places every day. Got the metro from Canvour station which is a short walk. Room was spacious. Coffee machine in room and safe. Very modern style room. The only negative I would have is the air con was only on when you were in the room which meant it was hot when you got back. The corridors were ice cold though so could sit in those while waiting for room to cool.

Well, the place was actually very convenient—in a great location and very clean. I highly recommend it. The only things I didn't like were that one morning we weren't notified that the water was off, so I couldn't shower (the water finally came back on later, just as I had gotten ready and was leaving the hotel), and another day the elevator wasn't working. But aside from that, the staff were very friendly, and the place itself was very clean and lovely. I truly recommend it 100%; it is a very cozy place, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Rome in the future. Once again, I give this place my 100% recommendation.
