The location is nice. 5 mins to terminal station which means you get to anywhere quickly. No elevator on the hotel so you carry your heavy luggages up the stairs. Air conditioning is also very bad. Imagine rome in the 30c + heat and no cooling in uour room.

The hotel is strategically located very close to the train station. It is spacious and the room was clean. However, we were met with a series of problems and we believe the management could have been proactive in handling the situation. Right on the first day, we reported on missing shower room door, broken pod flap and most essentially the AC malfunctioning. We had to request for a standing fan ourselves for them to finally provide one on the second day. We understand that appliances can go out of order but the management needs to be more proactive to provide mitigation measures.

What is good? Location next to train station! What is bad? Everything is the worst about this property! Unfriendly staff: they talk over the phone for more than 10 minutes while you wait on their face. Room: air conditioner was not working. Apparently, they asked technician to help who never showed up. In fact, their staff said to put a complaint on Expedia. Internet: everyone has been complaining. We ended up using our international roaming plan. Lighting was horrible. Bathroom light was flickering, Halloween came early here. Shower area did not have soap. My regret is I did not check reviews before I book this. Expedia you should remove this property.

We almost canceled the reservation after reading about the homeless and drug deals around the property. To our surprise, there was no one. A police van parked outside the whole 3 days we were there and no one hanging around at all. The wifi didn't work during our whole stay. The property had security cameras and a locked foot traffic gate. On first glance very secure . However- right next to the super secure gate was the vehicle entrance gate with a broken lock! Anyone could just walk or drive in, lol. The pin and gate lock therefore is pointless. Also, the backdoor at the main building going into an alley was always open. Breakfast is at the cafe nearby and is pretty good if you aren't very hungry. You will only get a voucher for a small breakfast.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The air conditioners could use an update. At least one of them didn’t work and leaked on the table we had stuff on. It is conveniently close to the Roma Termini station; however, there were many homeless camped right outside the gate when we arrived and through the night. So much so that we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the property that evening.

For a self contained unit this was poor...no bottle opener, 2 forks, no tongs for cooking. No simple tea or coffee. Aircon was old and not working great. Instructions for self check in were incorrect...2 different numbers for access. Got locked out... lucky we discovered a second pin. This was my 4th time in Rome...had better.

After reading previous reviews my expectations were not high, so I was pleasantly surprised by this establishment. Large, clean room with everything needed for the couple of nights we stayed. Be aware, there is NO lift and unfortunately we were on the top floor (3rd). Not an easy task when in mid 60's and have 2 20kg suitcases. Security to gain access to complex and building was great so even though there may have been unsavoury characters around we felt safe inside.

While the room was clean, and updated for italy. In the summer it was 95 degrees fahrenheit, and our AC did not work at all. When we tried to call maintenance, they said they would come look and never showed up. Also they gave us wifi instructions that also did not work. The staff was very nice and welcoming so it’s not there fault, but beware of the heat. our room was 90 degrees all night
