"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

"Never stayed at this hotel before but it literally on the doorstep of Earls Court tube station. Clean, tidy and a really nice touch with Dove shower gel, shampoo and hand wash in the bathroom. Reception staff were polite and very helpful. I arrived at 1pm and my room was ready so I could drop my bag and go into the City. Would defo stay again. "

"Had an awful time the first night, was in a room on the ground floor opposite reception and was woken by noise all night. But I asked for a different room in the morning and was swiftly moved to a room upstairs where I slept very well. Breakfast is basic, but staff were very friendly and helpful. "
