The feont seak peraonnel was nice but wish they were a littlw more knowledgeable about amenities in the area and providing directions. The tv had very few channels & even fewer with watchable reception. Impossible to news, weather or event information - definitely disappointing. "

"Excellent location for visitors to London. Next to Tower Hill station underground. Very accessible from the airport through the underground as well. To complimentary drinks unfortunately we didn't get to use them. The staff are very helpful. Definitely will stay again"

"Great room. Great bed. Great service, great food. The only thing I can fault is the coffee at breakfast from the self service machines in the restaurant, which is pretty awful. It’s letting you down Chamberlain. Other than that one little detail, a great hotel and I will be coming back. "
