"An older home with charm. Lots of room to spread out. Stairs made it difficult for older folks but bedroom on the ground floor fixed that. Only negative was the road noise at night - a very busy street with truck activity was loud."

Recommendations - that the owner and property manager spend time in the house as a guest would in order to improve customer experience and upgrade internal amenity. A thorough deep clean would be a great start to get rid of grease marks up the wall behind the cooker, brown spots on the kitchen ceiling, black marks inside the washing machine, lift the tacky feeling from the dining table etc…"

"The home is very comfortable and a quick walk into Pebbleton! We loved the outdoor patio, sitting every morning together drinking coffee! Matt was very accommodating and we loved that he left us local snacks to try out! Very delicious! Highly recommend! If ever we return to New Zealand, we will definitely stay here again!"
