"The other reviews were pretty accurate for the most part. The hotel is on a major road with thin walls so it is really noisy and hard to sleep if you get woken up easily. On my last night there on a Monday, someone was blasting music at 2am. The price was good and the pool is nice. "

It was not the cleanest place, they had issues with a lot of insects, granted the area and the temps will heighten this but I had to move rooms multiple times because of issues each room had. It was inconvenient for me as I traveled with two small children making things a lot harder. I would probably not stay there again if given the opportunity. "

"I love this hotel in Tampico. We found it 25 years ago before the area was all built up. Even with the business of the surrounding area, the hotel remains a peaceful retreat with a beautiful garden and pool with birds and nature abounding. There is a full service restaurant with a great breakfast and it serves dinner until about 10 or 11. Even though the rooms are a little older, they are nice and the bed is very comfortable.
