The property is poorly maintained, loose tiles, outdated. The towels are very old, and have holes! The restaurant is awful. We had to wait 3 hours for a lame hamburguer. The worst experience.

En general todo bien. Lo malo fue que llegamos y tardamos aproximadamente 2 horas más de las 3:00 para hacer check in ya que no había habitaciones disponibles. Cuando por fin nos dieron habitación, no era por la que se había pagado y tuvimos que esperar otro rato para recibir la correcta. Pudimos acceder aproximadamente hasta 5:30 a la habitación. La calidad de señal wifi es mala . Es un hotel familiar. El buffet tiene gran variedad de alimentos, limpio y muy buen sazón. Algunos detalles de estética en el interior y fachada de el edificio, qué no afecta su servicio . Tiene una excelente ubicación y vistas al mar increíbles. A pesar de los detalles al recibirnos lo seguiré recomendando. Sugiero un taller de manejo de estrés y control de emociones para las recepcionistas, te reciben super tensas, no hay calidez en el recibimiento.

El personal muy amable y atento. Se preocupan por que tu estancia sea cómoda y agradable. El estacionamiento es un poco oscuro y en lo personal sentí que hace falta un motor lobby más amplio para poder hacer el check in. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, me hubiera gustado que hubiera un frigobar dentro de las amenidades y los colchones no estuvieran vencidos.

Al momento de hacer el check in todo fue rapido y claro, me entregaron mi habitacion antes de tiempo, la habitacion limpia bonita y comoda, el unico detalle es q la puerta del baño estaba vieja y rota, pero no perjudicaba a la privacidad, te dan un kit para cafe de bienvenida y cuenta con cafetera, el servicio de estacionamiento es bueno ya que es techado, las albercas son muy buenas, solo q el jacuzzi nunca vi que estuviera prendido, cortinas excelentes para la habitacion dan oscuridad total, la ubicacion excelente, y tiene acceso directo a la playa, esta zona aun cuenta con playa, hay un oxxo casi enfrente y el restaurante los farolitos en la esquina, lo unico que podria ayudar seria q la alberca tuviera una zona con sombra, pero las albercas son bonitas y amplias, suficientes camastros
