Housekeeping did an excellent job. Very nice accommodations and quiet location. We will definately return!

Loved the character, ambience, facilities, friendly staff and size of the room, it was enormous!!

The hotel was constantly clean and very professional. The front desk staff made us feel right at home during our week long vacation. The only problem that we had was the last two days of the trip our air conditioner in our room stopped keeping the room clean. The front desk worker attempted to have the maintenance worker fix the problem, when we re-reported the problem the next day (that the problem had not been resolved) the cleric was honestly disappointed that it had not been taken care of. It was nice to see that the cleric clearly honestly wanted the problem resolved..

The hotel is different to the normal chain hotels and was a lovely change from the 'norm'. It is central to most of the attractions in San Antonio and an excellent starting point for tourists to view the city. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice. It's Southwestern style is what you'd expect in San Antonio. However, we had the misfortune to get a room with a street view, as opposed to a river view, and it was next to the ice machine/maintenance room and elevator, which made it very noisy. Other than that, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the food was very nice. The Easter brunch was amazing.

We LOVED our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Service was EXCELLENT!!! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definetly stay here again.
