First, I was given the wrong room I was told by the manager there were no room with the large windows, I took my laptop down and showed that's when Marion at the front desk saw that it was the accessible room and made the correction, I was happy, not sure why the manager didn't know. The only issue the bed wasn't comfortable (very cheap), and the pillows were way to soft, I just sunk down into it. The staff Marion, Chris, Cindy and Christian are awesome. All and all I would stay there again; I will just bring my pillows. Thanks

The property is in close proximity to UT campus and activity centers. It is clean, updated, and well staffed. My only disappointment was the bed was too firm and bedding was only fair. Loved the decor and the facilities.
