"My wife and I spent two nights with Andy & Pip at the lodge at the start of our New Zealand vacation. They were great hosts, picked us up at the ferry dock, helped guide us with local transportation options (take advantage of the bus system to the local wineries) and Pip provided a wonderful breakfast that was a highlight of our visit. "Please do not stay at this property. Customer service is at the forefront of a quality experience, and this is sadly lacking here. It will ruin everything else, no matter how good it is. Had a family emergency and required to change a few things. Had issues with the booking and tried to get in contact with the property via e-mail. No response to two e-mails.
