"Very courteous staff. Room was immaculate and lovely. Very comfortable bed, great AC and fabulous view. Pool is good as is the fitness center (three treadmills, two stairmasters, a stationary bike and about ten machines for legs/back/chest, including a Smith machine). Buffet breakfast is the best and most extensive I’ve ever seen. Location is also wonderful, right on Bach Dang and close to so many cool neighborhoods. 5/5."

"The location offered beautiful beach views and amazing restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the construction was a nightmare. Work started extremely early—sometimes as early as 4:30 a.m.—and continued late into the evening. It also obstructed the beach view. Had we been warned in advance, I definitely would have chosen a different location. The other issue was housekeeping. We had to ask several times for the room to be cleaned, and on one day, no one came at all. Overall, the lack of communication about the construction and the inconsistent cleaning service were the disappointing factors."

"I liked the location and the breakfast buffets. My only issue is how hot the air conditioning is. I had asked for the air conditioner to be adjusted with the front desk staff on the first floor but nothing was done. My sister who stayed in a different room also asked the staff TWICE to help with the cooling in her room but the staff did nothing. Every morning I was waking up in a sweat and it was a terrible start to each day. I would not recommend this hotel due to the staff's ignorance and the controls they had in place to not allow customers to choose their level of comfort for cooling. I had paid extra for the premier services with the lounge (the lounge staff was good) but even with paying a higher fee, the room was so uncomfortable with how hot it was."

"I travelled with my wife and we both enjoyed our time at Four Points. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is great, with beach access right across the road in front. The staff were nice and the breakfast was great. We had a beach view and it was very nice. Many amenities were with in walking distance and getting a Grab was easy. I would book here again."

"Location was very central. Service was faultless and we enjoyed the breakfast and dining at the restaurant (along with the in-room dining). Gym facilities were good - nice touch to have a small sauna and steam room available. Swimming pool on the small side and would have been nice to have a little more shade. Enjoyed using the shared space facilities on the 30th floor to work in the mornings - lovely view. "

"Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and was a pleasant way to start the day. The only downside was the hotel entrance, where the steps are quite high and may be challenging for some guests. Additionally, ongoing city construction made the road outside somewhat dirty and less appealing. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a convenient location."
