"Stayed in cabin 3, and despite reading some recent negative reviews, we were very happy with the room. It was clean, well stocked and the view over the lake in the morning was amazing. Breakfast was very nice and had lots of variety. Our only small gripe was the beds weren’t particularly comfortable. Mattresses are subjective and we were only there 1 night. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to stay there again. It’s also only 25 minutes from Cardiff centre. "

"Bright, clean and spacious room. Located right off the highway but in a lovely green space hidden away. The room was big with a large ensuite. It is a little dated but perfectly kept and clean and absolutely everything you could need - even an iron. Slept really well which is what you need when travelling. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Really lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was excellent, all freshly made and good value. The Tea Room and Garden with large pond was lovely and if you have little ones there is a good play area. The beach is a few hundred yards away and as this isnt in the heart of Brean it is a quiet location. "

"I have stayed here twice before. The welcome from Lyndon is great. The breakfast is freshly cooked and plenty of it. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean. However the wardrobe was in need of repair and the fridge had old food in it. The bedside cabinets had a layer of dust but I base my review on comfort and hospitality "

"Host, Julie, was lovely. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Town centre is a 10 to 15 minute walk but be aware, it is downhill all the way and so is a climb on the way back. Would happily stay again. "

"Lee House is exceptional. The best b and b we have stayed in. The selection of food available for breakfast could not have been better in a 5 star hotel. They catered for my dietary needs and the presentation of the food was excellent. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated as was the rest of the house. "We really enjoyed our stay here, the cottage was cosy and done out beautifully. Warmed up quickly when we put the heating on, everything we needed was there, milk left in the fridge and essentials in the bathroom, clear instructions left too. But my most favourite, above all was the cats, we met Alfie first, very chilled boy and then Ollie who snuggled up with us on the sofa, Snowy the duck in the garden was gorgeous too.
