"Such a wonderful property! It was so clean and the standard room was larger in person than photos. Staff was friendly and the location was 10-15 min walk to the main downtown area. They had stunning views at the rooftop bar. Young and vibrant I would stay here again and recommend to anyone! "

The lighting was a bit dim in the bathroom and bedroom and made it hard to see to put on makeup. Lack of charging ports. "Daniel was amazing! He spent the time to share lots of details about the surrounding area and communicated clearly in advance of my check-in. The property is similar to a boarding house or hostel. "We had a great stay here! The staff were incredibly kind, rooms were clean as can be, location was within 20 mins walking to all sightseeing. The only downside of our stay was there was no shower in our room. It was simply a tub and a shower head that needed to be held by hand. This wasn’t the end of the world for us as it was only 2 nights and we made do just fine. I would definitely recommend for a short stay in Florence! "

"As a solo traveler, I accepted that the room was relatively small but more than adequate. The only problem I had was that the room faced a large area with many water pipes (I often heard running water). Perhaps because of the water, I had an invasion of mosquitos and had 50 bites. I should have mentioned it to the staff earlier as they did offer to fumigate the room. As I was leaving the next day, I declined the offer. I am certain it would have been a better situation."
