"The managers were swift to respond to any and all problems!!!! Very well mannered and professional!!! This was a great weekend getaway within walking distance of the cathedral, a museum and many places to shop!!!"

"The fan didn't work, the 2 skylight windows were full of cobwebs and didn't look like they had been cleaned, the tap in the kitchen was coming away from its base, the extractor fans were a little bit noisy.Would have liked to have been on a lower floor. Other than that, we would definitely stay again, loved the ruins and the squirrels. "
