"We had a great time at this water front property on Lake Livingston. The house is very nice with lots of sleeping room. The boat dock and lift were great and made it convenient to get in and out of the water. Owners were always very quick to respond to any questions we had before our trip. Only disappointment was the cleanliness of the outdoor patios / outdoor seating areas and outdoor grill - lots of bugs, spiders, spider webs and dirt that made it unusable."

"Really liked this place. Wanted to get away for a few days so we rented this property because of the proximity to the lake. We decided to bring our boat down and thankfully the marina down the road allowed us easy access to the lake. Got some good fishing in. The house was clean and looked well taken care of. Nothing to complain about in the slightest. Just an a great trip overall!"
