"Incredible location, we walked to the beach every day and to walmart and shops. We had to drive to go to waterpark and boardwalk, but parking was only twone dollars an hour. Nice, quiet and clean neighborhood too. Cons: beds were loud and old. Need replacement. Kitchen had very little pots and pans or utensils. One pan we found was dirty with food all over it in the cabinet. Couch and recliner equally old and worn out. I know if we had left the property in that condition we would've been charged...

"It was exactly as listed. Perfect place for me and my parents. Getting to bring our little pups was such a treat. Loved the community, the golf cart and private beach. We had a hiccup when we arrived but it was quickly taken care of by the owners. Good communication. was clean. The yard could use some TLC but it was nice to have a fenced in area for the pups. I would definitely come back."

"We brought our 2.5 year old for a Halloweekend and had the best time! The house was very clean, and the owner was great with timely communication. We had zero issues! The big back porch and golf cart were a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone."

"The unit was a little different than what was expected but worked out for our family. The location is amazing. Coffee in the morning with the geese was great. Very close to the beach. Our family has visited Oceanside Village several times and will continue to do so!"

"This property is in a great location. Cutely remodeled. Comfortable beds. Very pet friendly. However, whoever was staying in the upstairs unit had 3 dogs who barked excessively and had what sounded like a bowling ball they played with at all hours. Impossible to get any sleep. Never heard the owners try and correct their behavior....and owners left very early (4:30 am Saturday and 6:00 am Sunday) Could hear the dogs running around jumping on and off the bed and barking constantly. Not the owners...
