"Smooth check in and checkout. Staff was excellent and booked us a taxi to our cruise ship. Room was small but big enough for a short stay. It was clean with a very large bathroom. I would definitely recommend Hotel Gracery."

"This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our trip. The room was small for us tall Americans, but was functionally perfect. Amenities were better than we have experienced at the more expensive hotels. Shampoo was fabulous, razors, combs, and toothbrushes were top-notch. Bedding was comfortable, room cleanliness superb. Located a block from the local tube station (and McDonalds) this was a great example of what a well-run modern hotel should be."

"Close to Shiomi Train Station. Nice convenient store just downstairs of the hotel. Staff was great and the housekeeping was spectacular. Would come back to stay here again. "

"Great place to stay. Staff was great. The only thing was I was charged at check out for room cleaning and incidentals. I don’t mind paying for room cleaning but the little things like shampoo, toothbrush and etc…. I thought was free. I feel bad because I didn’t know this was considered incidentals and denied using any incidentals and the charge was removed. (I thought it only pertained to the mini bar). The next hotel stay is where I understood what incidentals involved. I’m so sorry for not understanding. I would stay there again. Supermarket in the basement was great and what we missed at the next hotel stay. "

"Such a great place to stay! Affordable, close to the Shinjuku station as well as the red light district. My room had a view on the government building which had a neat light show every night. The room had everything I needed and was perfect size for myself as a solo traveller. My one complaint was that my one pillow wasn’t that comfy, but otherwise it was nice room. The restaurant on the 25th floor has a beautiful view of the city, the food is was mediocre but the view was worth it. I would come back here again! Fantastic stay for solo travellers! "
