"We had a great stay. Check in and communication was easy. Due to storm damage, our original booked cottage was not available and Deb offered us a different (much larger) home without added cost. We greatly appreciated it so we didn't have to cancel our vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The area is beautiful and the beach was very clean. You cannot beat the views from the home. We look forward to staying here again!"

We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it worked well for us -- good sharp knives was a plus. Being able to walk down the dock and get the freshest lobsters possible for an excellent price was the highlight of our stay. "We had a wonderful stay. Of all the places I have rented, this house was perfectly stocked with everything our group could want. The attention to detail to the kids toys and games was amazing. My nephew had a blast. The house was clean and welcoming. The washer and dryer were so nice to have. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We loved the porch and the fire table. The location is perfect for us, close to town but still tucked away and relaxing. We will definitely be back."

"Map quest and google take you on unnecessary routes into the cabin. We got there in the dark and after being instructed to drive into the woods on dirt road we came into someones back yard. Noticed one small sign nailed to post pointing in "assumed" direction to go. No lights, very dark and even when we found the house no lights were left on or hey how about a solar night light over the door?. Need a welcome book too listing what's what and where inside items are located"

The only advice I would give the management company is to leave directions to the transfer station or better yet take the trash for your guests at the end of their stay. Putting smelly trash in our car wasn’t great. All in all though, it was a great place for a family with dogs!"
