Cozy Cabin Near Boothbay Harbor
This was a great place to stay for our Maine vacation....close to the harbor, restaurants and shops but removed enough to have a tranquil, restful visit. The host provided everything for us for a terrific stay

Exactly what you think of when you think of a cottage in Maine
Scrupulously clean, cozy/tiny but we used every inch of this place. Even the little quirks — the lock is a bit fiddly, for example — add to the experience. Unlike many rental houses, this one has everything you need, and all beautifully maintained. It’s also a lovely setting, well located if what you want to do is relax and walk around the bay. The decor is so Maine: a moose on the screen door, bears on the shower curtain, framed nature photos on the walls. But that’s why you came, isn’t it?
