"Next to the beach"

"Terrible! There is a disgusting stench in the room, the bed is dirty, the color of a doormat. The hostess, in order to turn on the air conditioner (it turned out to be just a fan in the form of an air conditioner, it didn’t cool at all), stood with her dirty feet on the pillow ... There was a common balcony outside the window and there were people who smoked, talked loudly and looked at us. This hotel is a shock! We ran out of there at dawn and slept without even taking off our clothes."

"Overall pleasant stay rooms were great, but there was issue with the wifi( not secure enough) someone hacked our email and my kids app store on ipad, but we recovered back. Also we tried to bill to our room when we purchase whether to use the spa service or in the pool, we couldn’t, we had to pay separately all the time. We complained to reception but they just said they will investigate thats all. No apology or tried to do anything. Also for 5 star hotel food was average."
