"The staff is AMAZEBALLS from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. The manager man at the 3pm cocktail hour was rude beyond what you would expect. The rooms weren't the cleanest but the housekeeping staff was very nice and polite. They could really use more polishing in the room. We shouldn't be able to wipe dirt off dressers and end tables with a washcloth. However we will go back. Those little things didn't change how convenient and centrally located they are much less the awesome...

"Fantastic boutique hotel that is about a 3-min walk from Grand Central. Midtown hotels I've stayed in recently have all felt really overpriced and dingy - this was a notable EXCEPTION to that rule. The room was clean, modern, and spacious (the bathroom was a bit small, but that worked fine for me). The staff was friendly, and if you are looking to stay in Midtown, the location is unbeatable. "Beautiful hotel in great location across from Central Park. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with nice amenities in the bathroom. The only little couple of things were that the wifi isn't great, it would be nice to see QTips and cotton swabs in the bathroom and of course a coffee/Nespresso machine for the room. I get that they want people to pay for coffee downstairs but for almost $800 a night that begins to feel very nickely-dimey of them. Overall an excellent place to stay "
