"Perfect location"

"My bestie and i travel together a couple times a year and chose the Cape for this year's adventure. We chose this location because it was right on Cape Cod Bay, 15 mintes from Provincetown and central to many great beaches. The room was very clean with no sandy floors or musty smells. Shower sparkled, towels were clean, fluffy and absorbent and sheets were crisp and clean. Heat and A/C were needed (crazy weather) and both worked without issue. Just a lovely place that completely met our needs....

"This is a tiny efficiency, not much extra space at all. It was just enough for my husband and I to have a getaway to the beach. The location was fantastic. Warning-bring any food you may want, there is little to no shopping nearby. Loved the beach and proximity to other spots. Highly recommend"

"The apartment is extremely well appointed; has everything you need to be away from home and comfortable. The only glitch was VRBO; this property was advertised on Expedia and linked to VRBO. VRBO did not send us the information packet prior to check-in so we didn't have the door code. Fortunately it is a condo and a board member stepped up to get us in touch with owner. Owner was very responsive! It was VRBO that dropped the ball."

"The location of the Sandbars Inn was extremely convenient; just 10 minutes to down town Provincetown. The key-code pad lock was a really nice feature so we did not need to worry about losing or turning in keys. The room was a little smaller than expected, but clean and comfortable. I was impressed with amenities offered in the kitchen area (cookware, dish wear, silverware etc). The beds were comfortable, but the sheets/blankets were very thin so I would bring a few extra comfy blankets. I was...

"The location is great! Relatively quiet, right next to a public beach, and a short walk into a livelier area of town. The condo is very well equipped for a lovely stay!"

"We have stayed at the Pagodas each year for a week in September for the past 7 years. It’s small but clean, and has everything we need. We cook out on the grill and walk across the street to the beach. Our cozy retreat."

"This is our second stay at the Pagodas. We stayed on the second floor last year, and in the apartment just above it on the third floor this year. Being on the third floor provides a wonderful ocean breeze. Otherwise, both places are almost identical. It's a perfect jumping off point for the beaches and Provincetown, which is just about five minutes up the road."

Even though we had a little undesirable weather and our whale watch tour was cancelled, Mike and Jo helped us out so we could make it possible another day during our stay. Much appreciated! "The suite (or The Nest as I called it) was so perfect. Owners thought of everything. The place was exceptionally cleaned and well stocked. Location was convenient to everything for us and communication was superb. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you for letting us stay."

"Steps going up and down could be challenging for seniors, especially if you have heavy luggage. Space was great but the steps were in between the bedroom and the kitchen without any railing or door. Very convenient location to all ferries and activities. Try Mac’s in Chatham for lobster and seafood."

"Everything was perfect - the room was in very good condition, all supplies were furnished except bring your own food (towels, linens, kitchen utensils and dishes), and the wifi and TV worked fine. The location on the beach could not have been better. The only thing is that the pin pad keyless entry system was way too fussy and nearly always required 3 or more attempts to open the door (at least one other had this same comment)."
