1st Timers

This was my friend and I’s first time to Provincetown. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The space was perfect allowing each of us our own bedroom and a large updated bathroom. It’s no frills and very basic but that’s all you need. Amazing outdoor space with view of the monument and great sunsets. The location was right in the middle of everything making it so easy to pop in and out throughout the day and night. Would 100% stay here again.

Great stay great location

ideal location, clean place. One thing to note is that the second bedroom only has a folding screen and not a separate door from living area so not as private as a traditional bedroom. Loved it, would go back again.

I would definitely stay here again. Located right in the heart of Provincetown, it was very easy to walk to wherever we wanted to go. The condo itself was cozy and clean.

Our "Penthouse" has been our favorite stay in PTown. Clean and spacious. The roof deck was a great bonus. Communication with the host was quick and easy throughout. Thanks for having us.

Awesome place

This was mine and my fiancé's first time in Provincetown and we had soooo much fun! The VRBO was very clean and easy to get to. It was central to everything so it made it convenient to get places. Loved the lighting and the features in the VRBO. Our only “not really” concerns was parking and not having a washer/dryer but we made it work. Thank you for the stay

Everything was perfect. Great location clean so happy with our stay. We left the cleaning people fudge factory peanut butter cups in the freezer. I hope they got them. Thank you very much five stars.

Great location and unit...

We had a terrific stay here. The unit is large, well equipped and furnished, bonus of a roof deck fully furnished. Spotless when we arrived. My only flag is, as a Ptown veteran of 40 years, this unit is best off season or for party goers during the season. It is dead center on Commercial Street in the heart of town, which is very convenient to everything. But it is likely to be noisy during season. It just depends on your objectives!

An Awesome Gem

There were 3 of us staying in this lovely 3rd floor walk-up 2 bedroom one bath apartment/condo. The outside stairs are sturdy and strong as don’t get scared by it being a walk-up. Very spacious place. Both mattress are very comfy. The location is PRIME! You have a bar, bakery, pizza, & dumplings across the street! Bathroom was great. Spacious standup shower. The only thing I would tell the owners is after this season upgrade the shower towels (maybe alittle bigger and more dense). Also BEST view of the monument from the roof top deck that has a patio furniture & grill Big up for this place and would rent again.Thank you

Comfort in the Heart of Provincetown

We loved the apartment. It was bigger than we expected, and ideally located for exploring Provincetown. Comfortably furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen that we used a lot (after shopping at the nearby super-market). Off season it was a lot quieter than expected -- but in the season nightlife on Commercial St. could be noisy. Off-site parking was an extra expense, and involved extra walking, but, when leaving, we easily brought our car into the alley to load our bags. (Anyone with mobility issues should beware the 2 steep flights of stairs to the deck.) All in all, a wonderful place for a P'town getaway.

Positive: Central location, right in the heart of town, well priced. Lots of light, lovely deck outside, apartment was clean, communication good. Negative: Being right on the main street also made it a bit noisy at night. The apartment really needs a few things attended to like new blankets on the beds + the rugs should be replaced or cleaned. Small details like having instructions about the wifi, suggestions of places to go + some coffee pods wouldn't cost much + would go a long way.

Convenient but needs work

My husband and I stayed for a week at this condo/apartment with our cat. First, I would like to start off on a positive note the place was a nice size and provided all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent right in the middle of town accessible to everything.Negatives were that the place was not very clean, smelled like urine. The rug in the front bedroom literally had stains on it to which the property manager came and remove upon complaint. We actually went to the store to get cleaner to mop the floors and get air fresheners. Also sprayed the carpet with freeze.The apartment was not small animal friendly being there was a hole in the kitchen wall as well as accordion doors to closets that could easily be pushed open.With better cleaning and possibly no rugs this place would be a hit

No bells or whistles. Clean updated bathroom. Bedding, towels, sheets all need to be replaced and cleaned. They had a stale odor. The beds were rather rickety and the pillows were ok. The second bedroom is semi private with a wall divider. The location is right downtown above Coconut sunglasses which was so perfect and close to the ferry. The Air Conditioning and ceiling fans were very good. Water pressure was excellent. I would spend a little time making this rental a little bit nicer. Has great potential.
