We still enjoyed everything. The included breakfast was a very big plus. If we have a chance we definitely will come back!"

"Great views, clean rooms, and the best people! We just spent our first weekend in Provincetown and this was our base of operations. A few blocks from bustling downtown with ample parking a private beach and a lovely bar to get a drink and sit out at the fire pit. A fantastic way to be near it all but still get a blissfully quiet night sleep "
