"We booked a double queen. The beds were doubles. We let the front desk know and they claimed they were queen beds and all beds were the same size except the kitchenette room which he said were smaller. Except when we looked at that room the beds were the same size as ours. The guy said yeah they are all the same size. The place is falling apart. "

"Booked room that stated sleeps five people, that was not the case. The room had 2 double beds and that's it. After asking the front desk if this was a mistake with the booking, he explained that all the rooms are the same and all only have 2 double beds. Had to purchase an air mattress.. "

"The rooms were much smaller than expected. Although the two beds were a decent size, there were no closets or wardrobes. This meant that we either had to keep everything on the sitting bench that shut it out into the very thin walkway at the foot of the beds, or hang everything up. Hanging everything up from the wall hooks was cute, but absolutely did not work for multiple people staying in that room. The backpacks shut it out all the bags were constantly in the way. It was a very pretty room, and a very clean room, but a very small room. It would work best for a single traveler or a couple sharing a single bed. That said, 24/7 market selections in terms of food and beverages available for purchase were fantastic. And the breakfast was very good as well. Families with small children would like that. They have a DIY pancake machine that you can watch cook your pancakes after adding fun toppings. It was a big hit with the little people in the lobby, so it was a very good stay overall, but just be aware of the very small rooms if you’re coming with your whole family to Hersheypark."
