Check your towels when you check in the rooms I had two dirty towels. Also it's no free breakfast you have to pay for breakfast with the hotel across the parking lot. Also if you order Uber eats at night you might be waiting a hour or longer for you food.

Very dirty room. Floors were sticky and carpet filthy. Bed skirts stained. Hair dryer broken and unable to use. Maid only emptied trash but didn’t make bed on second day. Not worth it.

Best bang for your buck

I was looking for a decent cheap hotel for a couple nights for a hockey tournament. The value was incredible as the room was updated and clean, breakfast was good, they are dog friendly and it was very inexpensive. The location is good and overall I am very pleased with the overall experience and will consider them for the next tournament as well.

The associate who helped at the front desk was very friendly. Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke and we were able to get another room. Our second room had a faulty air system, it was either extremely cold or hot, we had to turn it off which made the room very stuffy and uncomfortable when sleeping. The refrigerator didn’t work, which we didn’t realize until the morning when the food and drinks we put in there was not cold. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but overall was not a very good experience.

Red roof inn was disgusting. Blood in the Sheets. Dirty walls. The hair dryer was all cracked. Room smelled so bad. But this location is ran by the management of the new best western across the parking lot. The staff their is amazing. I recommend if you have the extra money just stay in the new best western and only stay in the red roof inn if you can’t afford the other.
