"Breakfast could be better however that doesn't matter because the staff is always amazing. Staff makes it a deal breaker. This hotel was amazing to me and my family we will continue to stay here. Thank you Holiday Inn Express-Hershey for the hospitality. We love it and for a short drive getaway we will visit any weekend. "

"The hotel was clean in every place we went-- lobby, stairwell, hallways, and the room itself. The bed was comfortable, the thermostat was easy to work, and the window shade blocked out all the light. It's off the main roads, and even though there's a train track behind the property, the outside noise was minimal. The room was quiet, and even though there were strong odors in the hallway, emanating from other rooms, they didn't travel into the room. Everything in the room was in good condition, even if it wasn't brand-new. It was a clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay for one night. "
