"I travel often and have stayed in many hotels worldwide, and this was one of the most attentive experiences I’ve had. Shortly after check-in, I received a personal text from staff checking in on my stay—something I’ve never experienced before. When my first night was disrupted by hallway noise, they responded immediately by apologizing, relocating me, and upgrading my room, which made a big difference. The hotel was very clean, and the service throughout was warm, responsive, and exceptional."

"Parking was good. Our tv didn’t work. We did not know we would be on second floor. My sister was having issues. Could barely get around. In all my years of travel, your the first without an elevator. The girl at desk showed no empathy. It was too late at that point to find another place. The price was very high without any amenities. I got no receipt. Thought it was $139. It turned out $198 without an elevator or anything else. "

"Our large group (16) had an excellent stay here. The front desk staff was very kind and attentive, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great and had several variations day-to-day (a surprise to us). The lighting in the rooms is also very nice, with several features to change the mood of the room, and the beds are cozy. Some minor yet negligible downsides include several unpowered charging ports, however, there were enough of them working to accommodate all of our phones and laptops. Some of our rooms had key card issues, but they were quickly resolved by the front desk! Overall we had an excellent stay, especially considering the price, and we would highly recommend any family or group staying in the Harrisburg area to consider the Holliday Inn Express!"

"The young lady at the registration desk was very nice and helpful.. thumbs up to her. The property was a little weathered and dated! The game room looked nothing like the picture!! Our room was ok. Asked for a first floor ended up on the second floor! My BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THE BATHROOM!! GARAGE WAS NEVER EMPTIED THERE WAS A USED BAR OF SOAP IN THE BATHTUB WHICH TELLS ME NO ONE EVER CLEANED IT!! "

"This was a rough one- the floor was even, there was dust everywhere, so many repair jobs that needed done, and at one point there was a cat screaming in the hall! No joke. The bathroom was clean however!"

"Excellent stay at this hotel, close to our favourite restaurant Gilligans. Room was clean and lots of area to walk a dog. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The pool room was the most disgusting pool& hot tub i have ever seen. The doors were covered in rust Pool- water was a murky Grey and debris floating around. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a long time. Hot Tub- same as the pool. I had to tell my children it was shut down because it was so gross. DO BETTER FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE PURCHASING ROOMS AND EXPECT TO RELAX IN A POOL AND NOT A SWAMP."
