"I had to visit Penzance as my cousin passed away. I travelled alone and found the property easily. Parked across the road, Code to get in was great, Room bright, clean and warm. Spacious. Room to hang clothes, Fridge for snacks I had with me, Shower lovely and hot. Big TV with plenty of channels. Best bit was the bed. I suffer with back and many times if I stay away I always have backache by the morning. No backache all week.The only problem I had was I could not connect to the Wi Fi. It wasn't...

Was asked for a name, no ID check (I'm not sure what I think of that) and no deposit needed/requested (which I'm happy about) and the lady at the desk went through all of the general stuff you'd expect them to.
