"Excellent location room with sea view and pool , "
We were located in the Adult part of the complex , which was quiet, but suited us, the buggy service to and from the reception and bars worked well once you learn to chill out and unwind ,they arrive not quite to schedule but was ok . Or you can walk of course.pool area immaculate ,
We have just returned from a fantastic weeks holiday at this hotel. We would highly recommend coming here. Our 14 year old boys were constantly entertained with organised sports throughout the day. I enjoyed some fitness classes. There is areas where you can be in the thick of it and quieter areas for those seeking more peace and quiet. The hotel entertainment was very good and there was something different to watch each night. Food was of very good quality (we went all inclusive) with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. Hotel was clean and well maintained, staff friendly and extremely efficient. There is plenty to do if you want to keep you or the kids entertained, well run by the entertainment team. When we arrived we had a problem locking door and it was dealt with immediately, beds were made everyday, the maids even folded our night clothes. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel from outside looked a bit scruffy, however once inside much better, pool area lovely, walk in pool gradually getting deeper. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast great, buffet evening meal good, but not enough choice. Location of hotel slightly out of centre, but plenty of restaurants & bars en route. Would recommend
This hotel is in a perfect location! 2 minute walk away from centre of town and restaurants even so no noise is heard when trying to sleep. 5 minute walk away from beach which is stunning with white sands and turquoise sea. Spar literally across the road which is convenient when wanting snacks, drinks or any day to day items which you may have left at home.
The Park itself has fantastic facilities- I enjoy keeping fit on holiday (doing it in the sun MUCH more enjoyable!)- and whilst the gym was small it was adequate, and the indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools were great - though you do have to go early or late because it fills up with families very quickly!
That said I had no issue with the families at all- we (a couple) were close enough to all the shops, bars, restaurants, local entertainment (Tom Jones impressionist when we went- actually brilliant despite beinga bit before my time!) The beaches are VERY close and the hotel even leads onto this little cove where you can jump into the blue sea from the rocks- gorgeous.
Location is superb, rooms are clean, our STUDIO appt was plentiful stocked of everything we needed to cater for ourselves- we love going to the local shopd and cookibg local food for ourselves.
Great area- bit touristy but for comfort and convenience, exactly what we wanted from this holiday- this is a fantastic little break.

Trying to get a sunbed was crazy, especially as there is only one major pool for both hotels, which meant you had to put out a chair where you wanted to go before 0800 in the morning or spend time looking for a place after breakfast, which was then either hard to find or not where you wanted to be.
Apartments are very well equipped for a short or longer stay. The kitchen in the 1 b/r apartment we stayed in had a hob with 4 electric rings plus an oven, a microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils and on arrival a small supply of washing up liquid etc.
The living room is a very good size with a sofa, table 4 chairs, flat screen tv with a couple of UK channels and opened out onto a patio and small front garden looking out onto pool & gardens.
Bedroom has a good sized wardrobe, small bedside cabinets on either side of the bed a tv unit with another flat screen tv with storage and a drawer underneath. Bed was a double of the kind that is 2 singles zipped together but very comfortable and linens changed regularly. Safe in wardrobe for a small charge.
Bathroom was well sized with a bath shower over bath good pressure and plentiful hot water.
The grounds of the complex are very pretty, clean & well maintained. Pool is a bit cold but always clean and a good size. Sunbeds around pool are very comfortable, well padded type with enough parasols if you want some shade.
We didn't use the bar at the complex but this was open every day during daytime hours.
Reception staff Carmen and Adrian were always friendly helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, thank you to both of them.
Would highly recommend for families or couples. We would definitely return and would recommend to family/friends.
"Great sea-front location, quiet but easy access to Cala D'Or"
Good facilities and our room had a large balcony overlooking the rocky sea-front.Quiet location but 5 minutes walk to shops/restauants and lovely child-friendly beaches. Hotel staff very friendly and willing to help.Had a cheap option to move to full board-very good value although the food was a bit samey.IF you don't like the French, don't stay here!
Six little coves with golden sand and turquoise waters is the raison d’être for Cala d’Or. A modern, multinational low-rise resort in southeast Mallorca, Cala d’Or winds its way around an indented shoreline, punctuated by a series of small marinas. When these beaches get full which in summer is certain head south to the equally beautiful coves at Cala Mondrago, Cala Figuera and Cala Llombards.
