The location is spectacular, with incredible views of the ocean, and plenty of amenities and beaches nearby. A great base if you want to explore the island, but equally enough to keep families occupied on site. "We traveled as a family 4 ( 2 young kids under 6) and I couldnt speak more highly of this hotel. Their facilities, their restaurants, their staff, the drcor and ambience its truly exceptional. My son had a medical emergency he got an eye infection (no fault.of the hotel putisde the hotwl) they called a doctor for us in the middle of the night, they gollowed up with doctor, they chsng3d hotel resevatuons for us. They do so with such a level of kindneas and service its rare to see."

"Stayed here for a week. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and happy to help, and the many dining options in the hotel were delicious. The hotel put on activities throughout the day and the 3 pools and easy access to the beach was a bonus. Please note that some of the restaurants were not open every day, and it would have been helpful to get access to the app used for making dinner reservations, before we arrived at the hotel. Otherwise an extremely enjoyable and relaxing stay."

Rooms are very modern and spacious with very comfortable, big beds.
Good selection of food at each mealtime with very friendly, helpful staff.
A lot of young children in this hotel so we used the adult pool area which was very quiet and not busy even in August.
Children are quite noisy in the dining room as there are a lot of them but our kids were young once so I’m not judging or criticising, just making people aware incase they would rather not have so many young children around them.

"Excellent hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The facilities are top class and well maintained. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Really good options and good quality. If I was to be really picky, I’d say that the pool water was a bit too cold and the music sometimes a bit too loud but that really is nitpicking. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again."
