"Check-in was incredibly slow. We tried to check-in early but we’re asked to return at 4pm at which point the queue was out the door! We returned twice over the next two hours to find the queue just as long. Eventually we bit the bullet and queued for around 40mins. Otherwise the hotel was all fine. Staff friendly, food good, room clean etc."
