We returned twice over the next two hours to find the queue just as long. Eventually we bit the bullet and queued for around 40mins. Otherwise the hotel was all fine. We tried to find apartment using google maps as it said they had a concierge but could not locate the apartments. Had to find alternative accomodation. Very stressful. Looking at review this has been hapoening a lot needs to be taken off site "
