The hotel offers old world charm mixed with modern convenience and cleanliness, and one of the best restaurants in Europe. Their dinner is marvelous, their breakfast buffet also fabulous but pricey.
The bed was so comfortable and room so quiet. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. I would return in a moment!
Everything is perfect - My ony problem was that the Wifi expires and you need to register again but other than that the hotel has the latest state of the art TV & PC with Skype in the room. The staff are really friendly and will do anything you need. It's small, compact but does what it says on the tin.
The front desk people are great. The room is ok. Clean and modern. Very small which is ok if other amenities make up for it which in this case they really don't.
The spa area (steam room, Sauna, treadmill, exercise bikes) is fine but no dumb bells or weights of any kind.
The restaurant had good food and for Germany not too expensive. That is important as there are VERY few choices of places to eat within walking distance. Although the pizza place (left out of the hotel a few feet to main road then right for 250 meters or so) was cheap and good.
The REWE supermarket is close and really good to look around.

This hotel is in a nice area away from the action but Messe metro station is right in front of the hotel and you can walk to the big Zeil shopping streets in about 20 min. The room was very clean and comfortable and staff helpful and friendly. Low price compared to a lot of european hotels so this one is a good option.
The hotel is in a new building and the decor is modern. There is a large shopping mall directly opposite the hotel. The hotel is 15-minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof - I didn't mind this as the area near the train station is noisy and dirty. There is an S-bahn station 2 minutes away from the hotel and this takes you straight to the Hauptbahnhof.
Stayed here on business whilst visiting the Achema exhibition. This hotel is probably the closest you can get so very convenient. Only stayed one night so did not use all of the facilities but this is a good hotel for business travelers.
