We had a beautiful view of the Miami River and the Miami Circle archaeological site, plus, we were closed to all the happenings around the Miami area. We even decided to leave our car at a train station in Palm Beach Co. and take the trains all the way to the Hyatt. The Metro-mover brings you right inside the hotel, and we had plenty of transportation choices, including a water taxi to South Beach. Great carefree experience.
"Very nice hotel. One of the best, if not the best"
Extremely nice hotel, very private, rooms nicely done with all the high tech you can imagine!! Sits on top of the JW Marriott... I have been to all the 5 star hotels in downtown Miami, and this is probably the best, with the Mandarin Oriental being up there too...

I love Miami and a good location makes your vacation perfect. This hotel is in perfect location and the price that you are paying is what you are getting. Don't expect Marriott's service or room service. Their employees are really helpful. Overall, I will definitely stay here again.
We couldn't get from the West coast to the ship in one day, so we booked B2 for the night before embarking. We couldn't have been happier! Although the location would have been great for "experiencing Miami", we simply wanted an easy layover where we could eat and sleep and be ready for our cruise the next day. The hotel restaurant, Biscayne Tavern, was amazing! The food was moderately well-priced, unique and delicious ~ we felt no need to venture further. Our room was very contemporary and spotless with comfy beds and a beautiful view of the shoreline. The CVS across the street was convenient for purchasing the larger sized products (liquids, sunscreens, etc.) that would have impaired our ability to carry-on our luggage. The staff was wonderful, arranging a cost-effective shuttle to the pier that picked us up right outside the door! A very good choice and value!
