"home is very out dated for the price should have been better living room furniture. The kitchen is very outdated cabinets where damage, the bathroom in hallway smh master bedroom was great outside area was just completely horrible I mean nothing was there in that big back yard. The house was last minute but i will never select this home again for the price no way not ever again and then they charge me cause the tv was left on and the home not being clean well if there was any thing to clean with beside a broom that look like it belongs outside so we did the best we could but to charge 450 for that is ridiculous never again "

"Our room was a room for four people. It was clean and large and roomy. The problem was for people cannot sit on one chair. How come they don't consider having a place to sit down other than on the bed? We asked if we could have one or two more chairs and was told no they were all in use. I find it quite troublesome when you can't even sit down in your room. Other than that the room was okay."

"Communication with host was excellent. The townhouse was very clean, despite being pet friendly! The host may be new to hosting, but you can tell he is working hard to make it a perfect home away from home for his guests. The neighborhood was a bit noisy at night, but nothing that really kept us up. Heads up, if you are allergic or sensitive to perfumes ask Frank to remove the glade plug-ins before you arrive. He just wants your stay to be comfortable. "

"This property worked out great for us. It was very clean and an ideal location. Restaurants and stores are very close and near the turnpike. The hot tub was not functioning, but we didn't plan on using it anyway. Sofia was very accommodating when it came to parking our cars. The house only has parking for two cars with no street parking. Sophia worked out a way to get our third car in the driveway solving our issue. The house came with everything we needed for our four week stay. The neighborhood was very nice with several cops living in the area. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sophia!! "

"The house was well appointed with all the things you need to be comfortable. The shower pressure was a favorite feature! The owner was quick to respond to questions during the stay! The location was great for visiting Everglades National Park! "

"Everything was alright until the house motion sensor alarm started going off. It went off twice when we went out the back door and sat in the living room. Then the owner came and told us that we were being too loud and kicked us out after midnight. Super rude. Such a scam. Never rent this place out!!!!"
