"Had a one night stay here for an event that evening, the checkin was realy good with a very friendly staff member. The room was very spacious and the shower wonderful. Breakfast next morning was really nice with the poached eggs superb. "

"Great value for money, excellent location and lovely breakfast. Room was slightly hot even with Aircon on but this was a minor issue. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was very quiet. A great stay, would book again."

"I’ve stayed here a few times now. It’s always a pleasure. Check in is fast, efficient and easy and they really do only take payment on arrival if opting for that option. So many places don’t making budgeting or bank rolling business trips difficult. Staff are always friendly and helpful, letting me check in early (when possible) at no extra cost. Location is great. Close to train station and shopping centres and there’s a Tesco express near by for essentials. "

"Really comfortable room. Well stocked with complimentary water, tea, coffee, kettle etc. There were what looked like make up marks on the the toilet and shower, but clean otherwise. Great to have a car park-very expensive but you are in the centre of Birmingham very close to big venues. Check in was busy but we were seen quickly. The windows don’t open but the air conditioning worked well "

"Safe parking although spaces are limited and there's no option to book. The hotel itself was faultless. Great location for easy access to the canalside. Would definitely stay there again. "
