"Pleasant hotel with decent public areas. Food good in restaurant but not able to sample breakfast as this was too late for business guests. Room very warm and difficult to cool even with supplied fan. Quite a tricky exit/entrance from main road depending on time of day. Staff lovely and made to feel welcome during the stay. Good value for the room chosen and overall a good experience."

"Traditional proper British hotel. Given interior room without ability to open blinds- somewhat dark. But overall it was “an experience “. At 65 years old, we were the youngest in the hotel!!! Excellent breakfast!"
