Property is lovely room was awful worst room we have ever had at any hotel , no hot water dirty room ripped curtains paint all over the carpet , tiles falling off in the bathroom and stuck in the attic disgusting!!

Was charged extra for the hotel having the wrong date shower was dirty furniture was falling apart and was rushed out the door as soon as leaving

Christmas weekend
Very helpful receptionist, had to change rooms due to excessive heating and the radiator couldn’t be turned off or even adjusted. 2nd room ok for temperature but the bed was very uncomfortable. Good situation in centre of Battle, all hotel was very clean and quiet.
