"Excellent B&B. Everything was ideal. The room (#9) was a good size (even though it's the smallest one) with a deceptively spacious bathroom - which had a great shower. Comfy bed, light and bright (big Velux window), and very clean. Great breakfast with lots of choices. Friendly and helpful staff / owners, free parking, and the place was an easy 10 - 15 min walk right into the centre throng. We'll stay here again next time we visit Bath."

FACILITIES The outside pool needs love as a lot of tiles missing leading to being uncomfortable if rubbed against or sat on.
