"A beautiful bed and breakfast. The first floor has 12 foot ceilings with stained glass windows that must be at least 6 foot tall. The dining room and wood stair case are striking. The king beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff and owner work as a team, and they are gracious and go beyond the call of duty."

"The sheets had not been changed in our bed Crumbs and hair all in bed . We changed sheets ourselves. The bed was broken and uncomfortable. The AC could not be turned down below 70 in Texas that’s too hot and humid."

"This was such a relaxing place. The beauty of the lake view while sitting on covered porch or out under the trees were what we needed. Then the use of space to accommodate our family was well thought out. We were all able to easily move around in a quaint cottage. It was well stocked and we had a hostess that made sure all our needs were met mid way of our stay. This is the place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend this spot."
