"The property is cozy with 2 bedrooms and lots of light filled areas to hang out. The property is very recently renovated and everything is clean and new. The setting sun gives a great show every night over the lake. The location is easy driving to downtown Jamestown which has some nice coffee (Crown Roasters) and restaurants."

"There’s so many things to love about this Lakehouse. It’s right on the water so you get to see everything from the inside if the weather is too cool to be outside. Plus, there’s plenty of yard space for corn hole and bury fire pit. There’s a gas grill on the property so we were easily able to pair meals every night plus a full kitchen. This is our go to for when we want to stay at Lake Chautauqua!"

"The layout flowed very well on the main floor from the living room to the kitchen and dining room. Nice entrancewsy to put shoes and coats. Bedrooms were comfortable and had easy access to bathrooms except in the basement. Nice balconys and outside areas."

Everything in this home was very organized. there is a coffee bar in the kitchen, lots of ziplock bags and things in the cabinets. "If I could give more stars I would. This cottage is beautiful and clean. Lake Erie is an easy walk and the creek behind the house meets the lake, the views are wonderful. "Great location. Went to Warner Theater in erie. Only 30 min. Away. Very quiet except for the soothing sound of the lake. Rainy most of time but still able to sit on the deck.
