The concierge services seemed to be great. We were only there for one night before we left Italy to return to the US but I would have used their tour booking and restaurant recommendations if we’d stayed there when we arrived in Rome. "

Front desk helped arrange a late check out (child had a rough night, so the extra time allowed time to recouperate); the breakfast staff were warm, welcoming and always smiling; housekeeping delivered extra towels right away...everyone was just wonderful! "An easy walk from Roma Termini, it was clean and had all the amenities we wanted-good shower, bed, elevator, air conditioning, as well as helpful staff and a fun little rooftop terrace where we spent our last night before returning to the US. "

"Love the cleanliness of the room. If you are looking for a very very clean place to stay this is the place. We always stay at 5 start hotel so we were bit concerned but met my expectations. Choose this place if you want clean and convenient of walking to attractions. I plan to come back to this place next year. Just an awesome place.. great staff members. You won’t regret this."

"This was our third stay at Hotel Napoleon. It never disappoints! From the moment you walk in until you check out, the staff is ready and willing to help make your Rome experience everything it should be. Everyone is very helpful and courteous. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast buffet works great! We have even relied on their tour council, and they went above and beyond to help us secure hard to get tours. Also, you can’t beat the location, twenty steps from the Metro and a ten minute walk to the train station. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Rome!!!!"
