Convenient location

Convenient location next to metro. I noticed they came to make my bed and tidy up a bit during my stay. I never saw anyone from the management office but there was also no need to reach them. Mattress was a bit hard but besides that convenient location.

Price, location and size was unbeatable

For the price, it was unbeatable! The room was spacious with extra beds, perfect for our young adult kids. Great location near the metro with plenty of food and grocery options. The AC did go out last night in main bedroom and wasn’t fixed during our stay—manageable for us, but could be uncomfortable in hotter months. We did not feel uncomfortable with our surroundings, but there is a lot of graffiti in Rome so be aware.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. After reading some bad reviews I was a bit afraid, but it was completely the opposite, the appartment is very modern and cleaned, and the area is safe and closed to the city center. This has been my best experience in Rome so far (if you have been there before, you should already know how hard is to fine something good for an affordable price), with value for money, I can definitely recommend!

I really liked Roma Resort Colosseum. They set us up with after hours check-in because we arrived after their office closed for the day. It was an easy process. There are several very good restaurants and grocery stores within a 3 minute walk. The Metro entrance is right outside the buildings front door and the tram stop is right across the street. The bus stop is also very close. The connivence was very nice. The apartment was great. It had two bathrooms, which was great for the four of us. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had everything you would need if you wanted to cook while you were there. It was very clean and they came in daily to tidy up and give new towels. he staff was also very helpful and the office in the building was open everyday but Sunday. We asked them several things while we were there, and we always very helpful and polite. I have nothing negative to say about the property or the staff. I would warn anyone staying here not to use the Laundromat down the street. He tried to triple charge us, and we had to get our credit card company involved. But he is not connected to Roma.

Great option for families!!

The unit was huge! And it’s something difficult to find in Europe. It had three bathrooms!! Kitchen was almost fully equipped. Hot water at all times. Shower-heads holders needed some maintenance as none had grip to stay at place and ended up moving down during shower. Building entrance can be “spooky” as it is graffitied and main entrance door is not well maintained. It is located JUST as you exit a metro station which couldn’t be better when traveling with lots of luggage. A few steps before the elevator once you are inside the building. Walking distance to Collosseum/Forum AND Santa Maria Maggiore where Pope Francis was recently buried.

The Roma resort was in a really good location, 15mins walk to the colosseum and straight outside the front of the property was the metro. The room was very spacious and the lady on reception was really helpful ordering an early morning taxi for our departure. However the property also has some negatives. The location is very noisy from road traffic until the early hours. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The room despite having a no smoking sign inside had clearly been smoked inside as had a stale smoke smell. This has lingered and clothes in cases still smell now we are home. It also has a damp smell in the property. The overall room needed TLC, the bathroom had mouldy seals, peeling away door frames, cupboards without doors and generally in poor condition. The dining table chairs were filthy and I wouldn’t have wanted to eat in here, I took two dishes out to put crisps in for my kids and both were chipped. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again despite the positive parts.

The location was a 15 min walk to the coliseum. Right out the door was the metro if you like to walk it’s perfect the door to the hotel is covered in graffiti and the sign is small room was huge Because the metro was right outside the window it could be a little noise

Firstly, Resort is a misnomer. I would call this more a hostel/hotel. Our room has a queen and sofa bed for 4. The bathroom was mouldy in the shower. The room and bathroom needed a good paint and clean. However, The location on Line A of metro is very convenientand this worked really well for us.

We arrived late in the day, only to find the power was out. The hallways were pitch black and our room had no electricity. There was no one working reception. I had to text with someone about the predicament, and she was completely useless. The security keypad to the front door was not functional, due to power outage, so any random person could have entered the building. Absolutely awful experience for my first night ever in Rome. Requesting a refund ASAP, Expedia, and you should remove this dump from your site immediately

The first night we went for a walk and my husband was agravated by two homeless the ax was terrible the building had graffiti the floor was filthy unsafe area.there was broken window right outside our room and old furniture in the hallway photos in website are not true.

We had room 104 and the table and chairs are really filthy. And the bathroom the showerfloor was broken. Luckily we had to showers so we could shower in the other one. The second bathroom was beter. The kitchensink made a lot of noise during the night. So one of the rooms we would rent again but the room with the kitchen never again a specially with the kids. The size of the room is really good and location next to the metro as well. The women at the counter was really nice and helpfull

The best part of this property is its location. There was a Metro station right by the building. We liked having access to a kitchenette and two rooms. The property was a little on the shabby side. They would do well to update the sinks with faucets that don’t spew water all over the place. The floors weren’t clean. For three nights, you can put up with the weaknesses, but would not be a good choice as a long-term rental. The above photo isn’t accurate.

Great location with a metro stop in front!

This is a no frills hotel, with a great location next to a metro stop. It is walking distance from Roma Termini, about 20 minutes with luggage. The room is made up daily with fresh towels, the shower was small, though, and hard to get a good seal on the doors - which made for a wet floor. Our room didn’t have a dresser, so for our 2-night, 3-day stay, we opened our luggage on the floor to use as a dresser. We were given daily coupons for the Snack Bar across the street, which made a lovely coffee and fresh filled croissants. We were also given an apple, which was a great snack between meals! Location was perfect, room was just for sleeping and taking a refreshing shower. The snack bar for breakfast was more than adequate for take away since our goal was to see as much of the city as possible!
