Highly recommended

Excellent Hotel - central location and very helpful staff. Let us check in early and this was really appreciated after a long flight. Provided with an excellent overview of attractions and shops in Melbourne. Would stay again without question.

Good hotel but needs to brush up on service

We recently stayed at the Radisson Flagstaff Gardens over a long weekend, my overall impression was that the hotel was good but let itself down on certain parts of its service. The service in the hotel restaurant was poor even when not busy and the food was only average. The front of house staff were excellent esp Joshua, however the cleaners started vacuuming and wanting to check the minibar as early as 930am despite a check out time of 11am. The room itself was very comfortable (esp the bed) although the bathroom is beginning to date. Its a great location on the cbd fringe and near the fabulous Queen Victoria markets. Hopefully they can improve.

Met the expectations

Good hotel with great service, in a convenient location. Only two things we did not like: - we got a corner room which was very small - the cleanliness of the changing room/shower at the spa was not up to the standards. It was evening and weekend, but anyway...
