"Overall ok, the parking situation was strange and there were too many cars. The parking should also be clearly marked imo. The room was fine, pretty standard. Breakfast options were somewhat lacking, this was the first time that I experienced that a hotel doesn't offer bread during breakfast. There were only croissants. "

"Together with two friends who were in a separate room, I stayed two nights in the property in May 2024 Big plusses for me the following: we were in the garden annexe. Ace. That was number one. The location was convenient for the bridge at Kyle of Lochalsh. In addition the room was spacious, the bed comfortable. One big negative was that the heating system for my room seemed to be a bit menopausal is it only seem to go for about three minutes and it then cut off. Don’t know if that was accident...

"Kyle Hotel was excellent! The room was clean and spacious, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and dinner was great as well. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, Makayla was great - even remembered our names!!! The location of the hotel was perfect for easy, an easy drive to get on the Isle of Skye, and town of Kyle of Lochalsh was walkable, with several restaurants, and laundry machines available near the public toilets just down the street. It was exactly as portrayed: an historic (and idiosyncratic) small inn/hotel; not fancy, very straightforward; on the water in a wonderful location; a great kitchen punching way above its weight. "We loved our stay here. The picture window looking over the water was beautiful. The cabin was wonderfully simple and yet held all we needed. I had tried to book it for 4 nights but it was only available for 2 when we were there.
